That's quite useless... Are you aiming at stopmotion? Come up with a little better then a spinning hat... And if the focus is an issue, you're probably dealing with autofocus.

Needs improvement

YES YES, i see you point, you want to give the viewer the feeling that his life is slow... But this makes it so slow that I start to realize that I have more interesting things to do that see how this ends... If you want to show drudgery in a characters life, don't copy it exactly for the viewer. by the way, I saw how it ended, but the moral/pun or anything you were aiming for wasn't really strong...
On a positive note, I liked your backgrounds! And I'd like to give you some points for trying to experiment with stretchy timing!
